The Catalan Traffic Service and the European Transport Safety Council organised the first YEARS National event in Barcelona to debate on the dangers and policy recommendations for young road users in the European Union. The YEARS Camp was held in Brussels from the 24th to the 28th of October. 11 groups of students from France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Slovenia were selected to participate at the YEARS competition and the one-week training with road safety experts.
