About our mailing list and your personal data

ETSC uses a mailing list management tool called MailChimp to store your contact information and to send you emails. By clicking the checkboxes in the sign-up form linked above to receive messages about ETSC Newsletters and Events and/or ETSC Press Releases you are consenting to ETSC transferring and storing your contact information in our MailChimp account and ETSC sending you email messages from our MailChimp account.  You are also consenting to MailChimp tracking your interaction with our messages (for example, by tracking which stories you click) in order for us to improve our communications.  You will be asked to confirm your consent to the above in an email sent to the address you subscribed with before you are added to our list.

We will never transfer your contact information to another party. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time and the right to update the contact information we hold, by clicking the links at the end of every message we send you through the MailChimp system.

Finally, if you would like to see a copy of the data we hold related to your membership of our email list, you have the right to request it.  To do this, please email: dataprotection@etsc.eu.
