Safe and Sober talk: The fight against drink-driving in Czechia

In the framework of the Safe and Sober project, the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC), and the Transport Research Centre (CDV) organise a seminar in Prague on the 30th of June.  

The conference will provide a platform for sharing experiences from the Czech Republic and other European countries and will open a discussion on more effective approaches to preventing drink driving through legislative, preventive, and rehabilitation measures.

The conference will bring together representatives of public authorities, research institutions, the Police of the Czech Republic, European organisations, international experts, members of the media, and road safety professionals.

An alcohol interlock demonstration will take place during coffee break and lunch.
