The European Transport Safety Council’s (ETSC) annual debate event, featuring a keynote speech by María Seguí Gómez, Director General at the Spanish Directorate General for Transport (DGT).
Joan Josep Isern Aranda, Director of the Catalan Traffic Service (SCT) and Julio Laria del Vals, Director of the Road Safety Institute of the Fundación MAPFRE, responded to the presentation and a debate with the audience followed.
