21 March 2016 – SMART policies for tackling drink driving, Warsaw

ETSC and the Motor Transport Institute (ITS) organised a national conference on tackling drink-driving in Warsaw. The Vice Minister of Infrastructure Piotr Stomma and MEP Boguslaw Liberadzki gave the opening speech. The debate addressed policy and practice on enforcement, penalties, rehabilitation, alcohol interlocks and other measures to discourage and prevent drink driving both at national and EU level.
